It told about the "new" google maps and warned me that my version of Safari was not compatible. But it still gave me the option to try it. Since then I have been unable to access the old version. When I go to My Places, it opens up and looks like it used to.

But if I select one of my saved starred maps it takes me to the new look. I kind of like the new google maps because it syncs with my iPad and iPhone. But it is way different in the way it works.
