Salice soft close hinge installation

I tried to find info online about whether these can be adjusted but it doesn't seem so. Is this an install issue? Something wrong with the hinges? Cabinet maker says this is what the soft close mechanism is like. But I've tried cabinets in stores and they're much faster. How slow is slow? What is the size of the drawer, and what's in it?

Mine are Salice and they don't seem slow at all. With a nudge, the 36" drawer with all the dishes in it closed in 3 seconds, but it's hard to compare because it depends on how hard you push to start with. These are hinged doors I assume not drawers as stated above. I am not that familiar with "Salice" because I always use "Blum".

With "Blum" there is a way to disengage the soft close feature by flipping the little lever inside the cup so on smaller doors you can have only one active. Not sure if the "Salice" has the same feature on any of theirs or if the model he used has this. If not you could use one regular and one soft close hinge and get the same results. Cabinet Hinges!!
